JP's Hideout is the realization of a lifelong dream. Owner John Windfeldt grew up in his father Pete's beloved Crestwood Restaurant in Littleton, Colorado — a place Pete ran for thirty-six years.
John and his family worked there from a young age. Every aspect of this place — the from-scratch kitchen, the horseshoe bar built by hand, the way Melissa knows your name by your second visit — comes from a family that has spent two generations learning how to do hospitality right.
